In Karavomylos, a small settlement less than 2 kilometres from the port of Sami on the mythical island of Kefalonia, we have constructed a unique beachside complex with a large communal outdoor swimming pool and gardens.

this dreamy view is an actual photograph of the coastline adjacent to the project; that is our complex on the right

Specifications for the houses themselves and more details about the project can be found by clicking on the apartments to buy or rent links at the left side of any page on the site, while below we have included a photo gallery containing a small selection of photographs of the properties and surroundings, including some of our furnished apartments. Furnishing is available on request, but no furnishings are implicitly included with the properties unless clearly stated in the description.

Karavomylos is one of the regions of the island most blessed by the unspoilt beauty the area is famous for, with wonders both natural and man made close at hand. The world famous Myrtos beach lies not far away, and two well known cave complexes. Both the millions of years old formations of salt and lime at Drogarati and the jaw dropping cave-lake of Melissani, where magical creatures are said to hide and play, are wonderful reminders of the majesty of nature abundant in the region.

Our properties are comprised of 6 luxury maisonettes with fireplaces and private gardens (floor areas ranging from 100-125 sqm), and 20 apartments ranging from 50-100 sqm, in several attractive designs and layouts to suit all requirements and budgets. Please see the apartments to buy section for more details and specifications by apartment.

Our most conveniently as well as spectacularly located project on the island, the complex can be reached in just a few short minutes drive from the main port of Sami, allowing easy access to the mainland and minimising travel time considerably. The immediate vicinity also hosts a popular local fish restaurant with wonderful sea views, gardens and traditional Greek hospitality.
